If you arrive at Kings Cross mainline or underground station, follow signs out to EUSTON ROAD.
When on EUSTON ROAD with Kings Cross station behind you
(the ornate, gothic splendor of St PANCRAS station will be to your right)
walk to your left along Euston Road (NOT towards St Pancras) and after 20 yards turn left into YORK WAY.
Walk up YORK WAY 150 yards to the traffic lights then turn right into Wharfdale Road.
CENTRAL STATION bar/restaurant is just passed the building site on the right.
Our SWEET WEDNESDAY entrance is in Balfe Street, down the side of Central Station.

SWEET WEDNESDAY is a club for the transgendered community. Trans-girls - transvestites, cross-dressers, transsexuals - & their admirers, both male and female.
SWEET WEDNESDAY is situated beneath trans-friendly bar/restaurant, Central Station, at:

Our opening times are early to suit those people who can't get out late into the evening. Sweet Wednesday at Central Station is a safe, welcoming and supportive place where T-girls and admirers can meet and be themselves in a discreet environment.

DOWNSTAIRS in Sweet WEDNESDAY...
...it's wonderfully sleazy, dark, relaxed and friendly. We have our own private side entrance where you will be welcomed by Simon, Bob, Lawrence or myself. Make your way downstairs to the basement club or, if you're a trans-girl wanting to change, you'll be shown upstairs (without entering the club proper) to the large changing room.
We have excellent changing facilities (which open an hour before the club) for girls who can't arrive dressed. Numbered bags for street clothes and valuables can be provided if required and will be kept in the secure, attended cloakroom (for a cloakroom fee of £1).
Down in Sweet Wednesday you can wear whatever you like, but please make sure you wear some form of footwear in case of broken glass. Check your coat, bag - or clothing! - with Lulu in the cloakroom, then chill, chat and listen to our atmospheric music in the lounge area with a drink from the fully licensed bar. Sweet Wednesday is air conditioned.
Next, slip into the large playroom to watch movies, other people... and to enjoy yourself! There are various play spaces, both secluded and in full view.
There are toilets within the club.
To sum up, Sweet Wednesday is completely self-contained beneath Central Station with our own bar, toilets, cloakroom and play areas and our own private entrance. However...
UPSTAIRS in CENTRAL STATION
...on the ground floor there's another fully licensed public bar which opens at midday and serves drinks, excellent bar food (from 12 - 3 and 6 - 9pm), coffee, tea, etc. There is also a lovely, secluded roof terrace on the first floor where smoking is permitted. Sweet Wednesday girls and guys are welcomed on the ground and first floors of the building by the trans-friendly staff and clientele. Girls new to dressing in public find the warmth of the whole environment a liberating place to begin.
Please note that the 2nd and 3rd floors (the bedroom floors) are OUT OF BOUNDS except to hotel residents and their guests.
Central Station is open until 1.00am - why not stay on and have a drink after Sweet Wednesday closes at 9.00?

BEDROOMS
Need accommodation? Central Station offers very reasonable B&B including an excellent full English breakfast. You can check in, change and be a girl for a day in a safe environment! There are 7 bedrooms - 4 doubles, 2 singles & 1 twin - and prices start at £54.50 per night. Soon 3 bedrooms will have ensuite bathrooms, though only 1 is ready as I write. B&B guests receive a 20% discount on the total cost of their food bill.
Decorative work is ongoing in the hallways on the upper bedroom floor but should be finished soon.
MAKEUP update
Good news! Pearl will be available on Wednesdays between around 1pm and 5pm to do your makeup for a fee of £15, using your own make up if you have some, or hers if you do not. Ask for Pearl in the changing room when you arrive, or email us in advance if possible. Thank you.
RULES
Our most serious rule is 'No Means No'. In other words, please have as much fun as it is possible for any human being to have, while respecting the right of another person to say 'no'.
We also have a NO DRUGS and NO SOLICITING policy. Please don't use drugs on the premises and please don't try and charge for your services. Our club is for consenting, playful adults.
Finally, you MUST NOT go up onto the 2nd and 3rd floors - the bedroom floors - unless you have booked a room.
